Stockroom Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing stock, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience with inventory control systems.
Responsibilities
Places material or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size or product codes.
Sorts, labels, moves and stores items.
Pulls parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets.
Stocks shelves and pulls parts for manufacturing production.
Maintains a safe, clean and organized stockroom and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse and stocking experience preferred.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Computer skills including using a handheld tablet.
Good aptitude for working with number sequences, good organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting of 5 to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
