You are at the top of your game in customer service, and you have the background and experience to prove it.RESPONSIBILITIES:Find, hire and train a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands customer service.Manage the Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery staff, and Janitorial departmentsGreet, welcome, and assist members in using the facilityArrange and manage scheduling for operations staffAssist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish thisMust be willing to learn the art of selling fitness and studio classesEnsure that your team can communicate studio conceptsPassionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio eventsCollaborate with other club departments daily to ensure alignment across functionsGenerate new clients and encourage the team to do the sameEager to continue to learn about management skills development.Ability to work nights and weekends, as may be neededRegular, reliable attendance requiredOther tasks and duties as may be assigned day to dayQUALIFICATIONS:Fitness industry experience and passionLeadership skillsAbility to work full time position (typically 40 hours/week).Experience motivating a teamExcellent organizational and communication skills and quick to problem solvePassionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club StudioTHE PERKS:Qualified applicants receive competitive pay, commission, and health benefitsCareer advancement opportunities beyond current positionBonus opportunitiesFree employee membershipPaid sick timeBENEFITS:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceInterested in learning more?
