Apply via Dice today!Job Role: Release Train ManagerLocation: Plano, TX/Indianapolis, IN/Portsmouth, NH/Boston, MA/Seattle, WAJob Description:Role OverviewMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsResponsible for end-to-end orchestration of multi-application, enterprise releases, ensuring on-time, low-risk deployments through strong coordination, dependency management, release governance, and transparent reporting.12+ years in Release Management / Program Delivery / OrchestrationStrong experience managing large-scale, multi-stream enterprise releasesHands-on knowledge of Agile / SAFe environmentsExpertise in risk, dependency, and change managementExcellent stakeholder communication and coordination skillsRoles & ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage integrated release calendars across multiple teams and applicationsCoordinate release planning, readiness, execution, and cutover activitiesIdentify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and conflictsDrive release gates, go/no-go decisions, and compliance checkpointsFacilitate release execution calls and post-release stabilizationProvide clear status, risk, and readiness reporting to stakeholdersPartner with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations teamsTools & Environment Jira / Jira Align, Confluence, Azure DevOps (or similar ALM tools) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and environment management PreferredSAFe certification (RTE / Agilist) BFSI / regulated industry experience ITIL / Change Management exposure
