This role requires a Master's degree, a background in online learning leadership within higher education, and expertise in instructional design, digital pedagogies, accessibility standards, and accreditation considerations. The AVP will also be involved in the management of academic or ed-tech units, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of online programs that meet the needs of a diverse student population.
