Asisstant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and managing staff. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills.
- TABC & Food Safety certifications of a willingness to get certified within 14 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual
- 1 or more years of management experience
- 2 or more years of restaurant experience
- Familiarity with common POS'
