We are dedicated to sustainability, top-tier quality, and empowering design versatility for single-family homes, multifamily developments, and commercial properties.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team on-site at our St. Paul, MN location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions using Engage Building Products' industry-leading systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer service, training clients on product use, and developing sales strategies to meet business objectives.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive customer acquisition and achieve revenue goals.Experience in Training others on products or services, fostering client understanding and confidence.Ability to build and maintain relationships, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and understand customer requirements.Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicleAbility to travel up to 50%Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.Prior experience in the building products, construction, or related industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
