Marketing & Events Coordinator

We are seeking an Event and Design Manager to join a lean, fast-paced team and take ownership of event coordination, creative production, and audience engagement initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is eager to build experience across events, design, newsletters, and social media.This position is evenly split between coordination and production, making it ideal for a well-rounded professional who can confidently manage logistics while also delivering strong creative support.In this role, you will lead and support a variety of marketing and event-related initiatives, including:Coordinate key events, including venue sourcing and event logisticsDesign event materials such as invitations, name tags, and other branded collateralManage basic CRM-related tasks to support event planning and outreachCreate social media posts to promote events and expand audience engagementBuild and maintain newsletter templates and help grow newsletter presenceSupport miscellaneous print and digital design projects as neededWe’re looking for someone who brings a balance of organization, creativity, and confidence. The ideal candidate understands what drives social engagement and is comfortable executing important tasks in a fast-moving environment.Top QualificationsExperience across event coordination, design, and digital content supportStrong understanding of social media engagement and audience-building tacticsConfident, poised, and able to take initiativeComfortable working across multiple projects and responsibilities rather than specializing in one areaTechnical RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop or an equivalent design toolInnovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
