Our client is an AV Preeminent rated boutique corporate and litigation firm representing business owners and entrepreneurs in state and federal courts throughout Texas and California.About The RoleThe ideal candidate is a self-starter who can:Draft pleadings and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment.Take and defend depositions.Review financials and prepare damage calculations in complex business cases.Materially assist in preparing for and attending trial, including witness prep, exhibit management, and courtroom strategy.In good standing with the State Bar of TexasPreferred SkillsMinimum 3 years (or in your 3rd year) of litigation experience.Bill at least 40 net client-billed hours per week (up to 25% of that time may be allocated to contingency files).Detail-oriented, with Strong writing and advocacy skills.Benefits401(k)Paid time offProfessional development assistance
