Senior Project Manager – Commercial ConstructionA growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on PM who can manage multiple projects, communicate with clients, coordinate subcontractors, and support a fast-growing construction operation.Projects may include interior build-outs, exterior renovations, industrial, warehouse/distribution, medical, education, office, retail, trucking terminals, churches, and ground-up commercial work.Key Responsibilities:Manage projects from kickoff through completionOversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and closeoutCoordinate with ownership, field teams, clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractorsReview plans, scopes, contracts, estimates, and project documentationTrack costs, margins, schedules, and project milestonesMaintain strong client relationships and support repeat businessIdentify project issues early and drive practical solutionsProvide leadership and structure as the company continues to growIdeal Background:5+ years of commercial construction project management experienceBackground with a GC, construction manager, design/build contractor, or commercial/industrial construction firmExperience with ground-up, industrial, warehouse, medical, education, office, retail, tenant improvement, or commercial renovation projectsAbility to manage multiple projects at onceStrong subcontractor management, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience with construction software and digital project documentation is a plus
