Job Title: HM Post Closing Spec Location: Franklin, TN, 37067 Duration: 02-Month Contract (extension likely based on performance) Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Responsibilities:Manage warehouse unpurchased loan pipelinesObtain necessary documentation to perfect a loan for delivery to Investors or Insurance with an agencyPerform compliance and ad hoc auditsProvide suspense and error trend analysis to the Operations CentersAddress issues which may arise after loan closingClear investor or agency suspense conditionsWork with EMB lenders, title companies or counties to address outstanding final documentsWork with borrowers to address loan deficiencies to allow insuring or guaranty of government loansManage the escrow holdback processPerform compliance auditsOrder property inspections on properties located in disaster areasResolve issues which arise post - closingReview and audit required closing documents from closing agentsEnsure all funding conditions have been satisfiedReview and audit all original and final CD closing disclosure for any changesEnsure all loan documents meet applicable FAMC, State and Federal compliance regulationsCoordinate with closing agent and broker to gather any missing items at closingPerform final document follow upRelease funding number to closing agent once all reviews and audits are completeConduct disaster inspections Experience required:Review and audit required closing documents from closing Agents and ensure all funding conditions have been satisfied including reviewing and auditing all original and final CD closing disclosure for any changes.Ensure all Loan documents meet applicable FAMC, State and Federal compliance regulations.Coordinate with closing agent and broker to gather any missing items at closing.Final document follow up.Release Funding number to closing agent Once all Reviews and audits are complete.Disaster Inspections.
