We were the fastest-growing company in our Y Combinator batch, have raised $7 million, and already support 30,000 active users.We are a team of approximately 10 people building an ambitious product with meaningful traction and a substantial production codebase.About the RoleWe are hiring one to two Full-Stack Engineers to build new product capabilities and help scale their platform.You will work across the front end and back end, own features from concept through production, and make decisions that directly affect our users and business. You will take on meaningful responsibility while working closely with the founders and engineering team.We do not require experience with a specific programming language or framework. We care more about your ability to understand systems, learn quickly, build across the stack, and make thoughtful product and architecture decisions.What you'll doBuild and ship full-stack product features from concept through productionWork across user interfaces, back-end systems, APIs, databases, and infrastructureOwn technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and iterationDesign reliable systems that can scale with our growing user baseCreate thoughtful user experiences based on product needs and user behaviorUse AI tools to accelerate development and automate repetitive engineering workShip quickly and improve the product based on feedback from real usersCollaborate directly with founders and teammates on product and technical decisionsContribute to the engineering practices and technical foundation of the companyWhat we are looking forApproximately 2 to 3 years of professional full-stack software engineering experienceStrong hands-on ability across both front-end and back-end developmentExperience at an organization known for maintaining a high engineering barExperience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or independently building productsStrong system architecture knowledge and the ability to explain technical tradeoffsExperience taking meaningful features from idea through productionFluency with AI-assisted development tools and AI-powered engineering workflowsPersonal projects, products, applications, or open-source work you can demonstrateStrong product sense and genuine interest in user needsThe ability to learn quickly and operate without constant directionClear communication and openness to direct feedbackWillingness to work onsite in San Francisco in an intense, nontraditional startup environmentCandidates may come from traditional universities, coding bootcamps, self-taught backgrounds, or unconventional paths.
