You will receive a comprehensive induction, including product and brand training, that helps to plant a deep understanding of TOAST that can be carried confidently through your work and into the outside world.We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are welcome regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.  STORE MANAGER – Philadelphia, PAREPORTING TO: DISTRICT MANAGER, NYC ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Store Manager you will have full accountability for the day-to-day performance of all aspects of store operations. You will be expected to use your initiative to deliver the brand’s performance and cultural expectations, manage your stock and your space in order to maximize its sales potential and profitability and ensure delivery of the brand’s visual expectations. You will need to deliver excellent practices in order to maintain an efficient and effective back of house operation which supports store performance. You will also be an ambassador for the brand’s culture both in your appearance and behavior and will be expected to develop your team to the same high standards.  As the Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store and accountability for all its operation functions. Key responsibilities are outlined below. Business and Leadership-      Deliver store Sales, Payroll and Stock Management KPI targets and manage all other costs within agreed budgets.-      Demonstrate and deliver TOAST Customer Service expectation by personally playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement and through the development of your team-      Manage and train staff to adhere to clientele best practices to engender customer loyalty. -      Effectively utilize the company’s CRM platform to maintain a loyal client base and generate sales from clienteling -      Develop a high performing team of brand ambassadors capable of delivering brand values, product knowledge, and customer experience at all times-      Deliver TOAST Brand Visual expectation using all information available-      Deliver an excellent back of house operation that supports the needs of the store and facilitates optimal trading results in a secure fashion-      Commercially manage your stock package to achieve the balance between high sales performance and beautiful visual presentations.-      Support the implementation of all local marketing activity by acting as a professional host for the brand activity -      Build strong collaborative relationship with key liaisons regarding all levels of store performance -      Create opportunities for succession through coaching and development.-      Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all of the team with a focus on risk assessment and ensuring a high level of housekeeping-      As Brand Ambassador, you will represent TOAST values through your behaviors and will build a team who represent this fully-      Actively seek self-development and training of own skills set to continually improve performance SKILLS:-      You will have strong experience in store management and clienteling, preferably in New York, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role-      You will have an open and inclusive management and communication style that encourages the development of your team-      You have excellent customer service skills relevant to the TOAST customer and demonstrate by example-      You have excellent visual merchandising and display skills which can be applied to a premium fashion environment-      You will demonstrate a high level of organization and operational efficiency-      You have a strong awareness and shared interest in the slow fashion movement, appreciate handmade products and craftsmanshipIf you would like to apply, please send your CV to lisarinaldiassociates@gmail.com.
