EHS Manager

A growing industrial organization is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at a key operating site. This role will partner closely with leadership to ensure compliance, strengthen safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of EHS programs, policies, and proceduresEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulationsPartner with site leadership to support day-to-day safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety cultureConduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actionsAnalyze EHS data and trends to identify risks and improve overall safety performanceDeliver training and coach leaders on safety best practices, hazard recognition, and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate records and support internal and external reporting needsQualifications3+ years of EHS experience within an operations-driven environmentStrong working knowledge of safety and environmental regulationsExperience with incident investigation, audits, and safety program developmentAbility to build relationships and influence across teamsStrong communication and organizational skillsPreferredExperience supporting a fast-paced, hands-on work environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
