TTS’ Industrial Services Group has a need for an experienced ES&H Representative to support a large-scale industrial construction project in northern Nevada.This is a long-term opportunity supporting a major energy and infrastructure development project with a nationally recognized EPCM organization. The role is ideal for safety professionals with heavy industrial, mining, energy, or large construction project experience who thrive in fast-paced field environments.Compensation & Project PerksCompetitive hourly payTime-and-a-half after 40 hours5% Project Allowance5% Project Completion IncentiveMobilization/Demobilization providedRotational travel home providedCamp accommodations providedPosition SummaryThe ES&H Representative will provide technical oversight and field support related to Environmental, Safety & Health compliance activities across active construction operations. This role will work closely with project management, contractors, and field personnel to ensure compliance with project safety standards, regulatory requirements, and site-specific procedures.Daily responsibilities include conducting field inspections, supporting incident investigations, monitoring PPE compliance, participating in audits, and assisting with implementation of site ES&H initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation and maintenance of project ES&H programs and proceduresConduct field inspections and daily site safety surveillanceMonitor contractor compliance with OSHA standards and project requirementsParticipate in incident investigations and root cause analysis activitiesMaintain ES&H databases, corrective actions, and audit documentationLead or assist with project safety orientations and training initiativesPerform ES&H assessments and inspections during active construction activitiesAssist with emergency preparedness and continuous improvement effortsInterface with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontract teams regarding ES&H requirementsSupport closure of corrective actions identified during audits and assessmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field preferred5–8 years of related ES&H experience with degree OR 9–12 years of equivalent field experienceStrong working knowledge of OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910 standardsExperience supporting heavy industrial, mining, energy, or large construction projectsAbility to conduct investigations and perform root cause analysisExperience leading contractor orientations and field auditsStrong communication and documentation skillsExperience working within large EPCM or multi-contractor project environments preferredPreferred Background:Mining projectsLarge industrial constructionOil & Gas facilitiesPower generationRenewable energy projectsHeavy civil or infrastructure projectsAdditional InformationCamp-based project assignmentRemote high-desert project locationLong-term project opportunity with consistent overtime availableMust be able to work safely in an active industrial construction environmentPlease send resumes to resumes@ttsenergyservices.com
