Front Desk Representative/Sales Team Member The Front Desk Representative/Sales Team Member will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. They are also responsible for generating new membership leads, making phone calls, conducting tours of the gym including being able to articulate the benefits of the amenities we offer. Strong communication skills and a great personality are a must. Cleaning of the gym will also be required.
