We’re supporting a leading energy technology and consulting firm in the search for an experienced Substation Advisor to join a highly technical, growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior substation professional who wants to combine technical leadership, client advisory work, project delivery, and business development while building a reputation as a subject matter expert.What you’ll be doing:Lead teams of engineers/advisors on complex substation projectsProvide technical guidance and solutions to utility clientsSupport substation physical design, protection & control, and engineering managementDevelop project scopes, proposals, and technical deliverablesBuild trusted relationships with clients and identify new opportunitiesPresent technical solutions and represent the company with customersStay at the forefront of developments across the substation industryWhat we’re looking for:8+ years of technical leadership experience within the utility industryStrong expertise in substation engineeringProven ability to lead projects and communicate with senior client stakeholdersStrong technical writing, presentation, and proposal skillsMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical experiencePE/P.Eng. preferredThis is a high-visibility, client-facing role with the opportunity to influence projects, develop new business, mentor technical teams, and establish yourself as a recognized expert in the substation space.
