Associate Store Manager

【Job Summary】Z Gallerie is seeking a driven, sales-focused Associate Store Manager for our West Hollywood location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone hungry for the sale, passionate about design, and committed to building a high-performing team. You'll own the day-to-day floor experience, coach in-store designers, and partner closely with the Retail Operations Manager to execute store strategy.【Job Responsibilities】1.Lead by example on the sales floor — engaging customers, closing sales, and setting the performance standard2.Coach and develop sales associates and designers, equipping them to confidently conduct in-home consultations3.Drive store KPIs including UPT, ADS, and conversion4.Oversee daily operations — inventory, replenishment, visual standards, and compliance5.Act as Store Manager in their absence【Qualifications】1.5–7 years of retail leadership experience, ideally in home furnishings or lifestyle retail2.Proven sales closer with a track record of leading high-performing teams3.Strong coaching, communication, and operational skills4.Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
