Electromechanical Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift.Job duties consist of: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant manufacturing equipment. This requires a strong aptitude for both electrical systems and mechanical maintenance Complete preventative maintenance routines as directed by computer reports Order parts and materials as required, to make repairs, build equipment, and maintain inventory Be able to read and understand complex electrical line drawings, ladder diagrams etc. Detailed and complex electrical and mechanical troubleshoot skills Complete all paperwork, and maintain files as required, such as: machine files, work orders, PM sheets, machine logs, electrical prints, panel files, and equipment layouts Work with the Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers and the Tool & Die team to implement new equipment in an efficient and safe manner An Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Electricity with Mechanical Maintenance experience, or Automation Engineering, or Journeyman Electrician with Mechanical Maintenance Experience as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. Minimum Requirements Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Electricity with Mechanical Maintenance experience, or Automation Engineering, or Journeyman Electrician with Mechanical Maintenance Experience Welding experience is a plus Value Added Skills Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required Team Player Computer knowledge Willingness to learn Ability to train on any shift Positive Attitude Physical Requirements Working in areas where it can get warm as well as cold Working in a smoke free environment Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
