In this role, you'll work a steady flow of warm, actively interested leads, making high-volume outbound calls to connect with borrowers, gather qualifying information, and hand them off to a Loan Officer ready to close.This is not a passive role. Success here requires discipline, energy, and a genuine love for being on the phone. You'll be expected to dial consistently, keep your pipeline meticulously organized, and follow up until you get an answer. The leads are there - the systems are built to support you.
