Leads planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, compliance, release management, and operational readiness activities across multiple workstreams while ensuring successful delivery of cloud transformation programs.Estimated Level of EffortProgram Management: 50%Project Management: 50%Required Qualifications10+ years of Program and Project Management experience.Experience leading Federal, State, Local Government, or regulated industry cloud initiatives.Strong knowledge of AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, OCI Government Cloud, or Google Government Cloud.Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies.Expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and portfolio management tools.PMP certification required; PgMP or SAFe certification preferred.Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.CompensationCompensation: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour*This is the targeted compensation range for this role.
