Mortgage Loan Processor (Wholesale) – Remote | Contract / Overflow Abstract Processing is expanding and seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to support our pipeline on an as-needed / overflow basis. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled processor who is looking to work part time, supplement their current pipeline, take on additional volume, and / or increase earning potential. Key Responsibilities Process residential mortgage loans (Conventional, FHA, Non-QM) Submit complete, compliant files to underwriting and clear conditions efficiently Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties Manage multiple lender pipelines while maintaining accuracy and timelines Ensure TRID compliance and strong file quality throughout Requirements 3+ years of wholesale mortgage processing experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple lenders and deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and ability to work independently Established familiarity navigating multiple lender portals and guidelines Required Qualifications: FL licensed High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Fluent in English and Haitian Creole and / or French Fluent in Spanish Compensation Structure: Pay is per file at closing, processed weekly. Earnings vary by loan type. Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week Experience: Loan Processing: 3 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) Haitian Creole / French (Preferred) License/Certification: FL MLO License (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
