We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Why join us? $25-$45 an hour depending on Experience Excellent Benefits Room for Growth Job Details Key Responsibilities Assist with the erection of steel structures, including making structural connections and performing safe rigging operations Perform installation work for overhead/bridge crane systems Travel to job sites as required Support fabrication tasks such as layout, welding, and cutting (oxy-acetylene and plasma) Work collaboratively with team members to ensure safe and efficient project completion Preferred Qualifications Experience in steel erection, rigging, and connecting Background in steel fabrication, including welding and cutting Electrical knowledge is a plus, but not required Ability to work safely at heights and in industrial environments Reliability, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills Interested in hearing more?
