Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Claims Specialist. In this role, the Claims Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations. Daily tasks include reviewing and analyzing claims, resolving discrepancies, handling claim inquiries, communicating with stakeholders, and providing timely updates to ensure claims are settled efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Claims Management and Claims Handling processesStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating and resolving claim discrepanciesKnowledge of Insurance industry standards and practicesExcellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and external stakeholdersAttention to detail and organizational skills to manage claim data and maintain complianceProficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for claims processingAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldPrevious experience in healthcare or insurance-related roles is a plus
