You'll be at the forefront of aerospace innovation-maintaining, repairing, and modifying V-22 aircraft components to ensure peak performance. This is a unique opportunity to work on advanced military aircraft, collaborate with top engineering teams, and travel to a variety of dynamic environments, including military bases nationwide and Hawaii.ResponsibilitiesPerform expert assembly, disassembly, repair, and modification of V-22 aircraft components following strict aerospace standards and proceduresRemove, replace, and test aircraft components to guarantee operational readiness and serviceabilityDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues using fault isolation techniquesConduct functional, diagnostic, and validation testing with advanced equipment and toolsCoordinate and execute overhaul activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceIdentify root causes of failures and independently implement corrective actionsDocument all maintenance actions, test results, modifications, and inspections per regulatory and company protocolsInspect incoming components for cleanliness, serviceability, and complianceSupport engineering by identifying procedural gaps and assisting in technical discrepancy resolutionUphold highest standards for safety, tool control, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) preventionExecute aircraft modifications to meet quality and deliverable requirementsRequired Skills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience (or equivalent combination)Proven hands-on experience in V-22 aircraft maintenance or modificationStrong knowledge of aircraft systems: Electrical, Avionics, or AirframesIn-depth understanding of general maintenance processes, FOD and tool control, safety protocolsAbility to work independently and troubleshoot with minimal supervisionFlexibility for up to 30% travel, including short-notice assignments to diverse locations and military installationsPreferred SkillsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) LicenseQuality Assurance experience in aerospace environmentsExtensive depot-level aircraft modification and maintenance backgroundBenefitsWork with industry leaders in a high-impact, mission-driven environmentExposure to diverse military and aerospace projects with nationwide travel opportunitiesCareer advancement through hands-on experience and cross-functional engineering collaborationCompetitive compensation and potential eligibility for additional travel per diems or allowancesHow to Apply Ready to take your aircraft maintenance career to new heights?
