ServiceNow Platform Architect All visa, except H1, CPT, OPT Remote, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, North Carolina, Florida, TexasPosition Description: The ServiceNow Platform Architect will support the team with hands-on experience in Architecting, Solutioning, Leading, Code Reviews, Strategy, and creating Roadmaps.What You'll Get to Do: Maintain sound understanding of enterprise and platform level architectureLiaison with business analysts to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standardsPresent and evangelize the solution to architecture guilds and managementWork with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation/development plan for new features/applications/solutions by developing epics and storiesParticipate in Agile ceremonies by leading in all technical aspects, including leading the demos to the Product Owner and all applicable stakeholdersEvangelize the developed solution to team members and work with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashionMotivating developers, testers and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.Keep up to date with industry trends and developmentsDelegating tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achievedPerforms Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state.Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concernsActive participation in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releasesDevelop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews.You'll Bring These Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.Experience in design and implementation of domain separation.Experience in integrations, Ebonding, and data design.Experience in Configuration of ServiceNow TSM (ITSM +CSM).Experience in Service Assurance Workflows (TSOM), Configuration of the Out of the Box Service Assurance Workflows (SDWAN).Experience in CSM applications with ITSM, ITOM Applications, Specific in Event Management.Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions.Strong interest in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints.Experience in the agile management framework.Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Proven experience working directly to oversee the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platform.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certification.
