Retail & E-Commerce Associate

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible based on candidate)---About Us:Jewelry Art is a dynamic and creative fine jewelry business dedicated to craftsmanship, customer experience, and unique design. We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing both creative and operational responsibilities.---Position Overview:This is a multi-faceted role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. You will support both the front-end retail experience and behind-the-scenes operations, including e-commerce, inventory, and administrative tasks. No two days are the same, and adaptability is key.---Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers on the sales floor, providing a welcoming and knowledgeable experience- Manage and update website content, including product listings and basic maintenance- Photograph jewelry and products for online and marketing use- Handle merchandising and in-store displays to maintain a visually appealing space- Track and manage consumables and supplies- Enter and maintain accurate inventory records- Process, package, and ship orders in a timely manner- Provide general administrative support as needed---Qualifications:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Experience with website platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar preferred)- Basic photography skills (product photography experience a plus)- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred- Comfortable multitasking and shifting between responsibilities- Strong communication and customer service skills- Retail experience is a plus, but not required---Ideal Candidate:- Self-motivated and proactive- Creative with an eye for design and presentation- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools- Reliable and adaptable in a small business environment---Compensation:Based on experience.
