The Trainer will be responsible for managing the service and support of our equipment, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of technical assistance and product support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these technologies, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to service management.Responsibilities:Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert advice and solutions to customers and the service team.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.Continuously assess and improve service processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Develop and deliver technical training programs for the service team, keeping them up to date with the latest product advancements and service techniques.Collaborate with the engineering, product development, and sales teams to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to product improvement efforts.Ensure that all service activities align with relevant regulations, quality standards, and safety guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
