Cisco Network EngineerLocation: Rialto, CaliforniaA growing organization with a large-scale enterprise infrastructure is seeking a Cisco Network Engineer to support and enhance critical network operations across multiple sites and data center environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on network modernization initiatives, site deployments, infrastructure refreshes, and enterprise-scale connectivity projects supporting hundreds to thousands of users.This position is ideal for a hands-on networking professional who enjoys balancing project delivery with operational support and wants exposure to a diverse technology environment spanning routing, switching, wireless, security, voice, cloud connectivity, and SD-WAN.What You'll Do• Design, deploy, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations• Lead network implementation projects including new site launches, technology refreshes, and infrastructure upgrades• Conduct site assessments and assist with planning, procurement, installation, testing, and documentation of network solutions• Support LAN, WAN, wireless, security, and voice technologies within a large enterprise environment• Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions• Participate in network maintenance activities, patching schedules, and change management processes• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure reliable and secure network services• Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement• Support data center infrastructure and connectivity requirements• Maintain detailed technical documentation and implementation records• Provide advanced-level support for enterprise networking issues• Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled maintenance activities when requiredWhat We're Looking For• 2+ years of enterprise networking experience• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies• Experience supporting large-scale network deployments and multi-site environments• Knowledge of network security technologies including enterprise firewalls• Understanding of SD-WAN technologies and modern WAN architectures• Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization• Familiarity with VoIP technologies and related protocols• Experience working within structured change management environments• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline• CCNA certification required or equivalent networking expertise• CCNP certification preferred• Experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, or Fortinet security platforms• Exposure to network segmentation initiatives• Experience supporting cloud migration or hybrid infrastructure projects• Knowledge of network automation tools and methodologies• Experience with VMware Velocloud or similar SD-WAN solutionsWhy Consider This Opportunity• Work on enterprise-scale networking projects with significant technical complexity• Gain exposure to data center, security, wireless, voice, and cloud networking technologies• Participate in infrastructure modernization and expansion initiatives• Opportunity to become a subject matter expert in key networking disciplines• Career growth within a collaborative and technically advanced environment• Direct impact on business-critical infrastructure and operations• Travel opportunities supporting projects across multiple locations
