Accounts Payable - Automotive

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated accounting professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications: Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team Accounting degree (preferred, not required) Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership Responsibilities: Post invoices Reconcile statements Disburse checks Balance statements and finalize data Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks Entering and reviewing W-9s Process and filing 1099s Filling out credit applications Communication with the dealerships’ department managers What we offer:- Hourly pay: $18-$20 per hour Full time – Monday through Friday PTO and holidays 401(K) retirement plan with company matching The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash At Ciocca Automotive, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
