Senior Mortgage Transaction Manager

Greenhills is dedicated to delivering alternative funding and tailored services to promote growth and success in the U.S. real estate market.We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who wants to build a rewarding career with one of the fastest growing non-QM mortgage lenders.Responsibilities-           Work closely with title companies and attorneys to close non-QM and other types of mortgage loans on a timely manner.-           Collaborate with warehouse lenders and title companies to fund non-QM and other types of mortgage loans.-           Conduct back-back rate lock for individual loans with investors-           Coordinate with third party pre-closing vendors and post-closing vendors to complete loan review-           Receive, review, prepare and ship collateral documents to document custodiansRequirements-           At least three years of experience as a mortgage loan closing manager or transaction manager-           Familiar with non-QM mortgage, and other types of commercial mortgages, such as DSCR loans, rehab loans, ground up construction loans, multifamily and other commercial properties.-           Understand TRID regulations and other compliance requirements in the mortgage industry-           Bachelor’s degree is requiredCompensation and Benefits-           Annual salary: $70,000 - $80,000-           Incentive: $10 per each closed and funded loan-           Performance based bonus-           Benefits: Health insurance and PTO
