As part of the industry leading Aisin Corporation, a Toyota Group company, AISIN Aftermarket & Service of America, Inc represents the best in opportunities to build a career with a proven winner.We are currently recruiting for an Assistant General Manager!Position ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:・Financial Management & ReportingOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management decision-makingPrepare and report data using the consolidated financial statement package・Budgeting & ForecastingLead the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial forecastsMonitor budget performance and provide actionable insights to ensure financial goals are metCollaborate with department heads to align financial resources with organizational goals・ Internal ControlsEnsure effective internal controls are in place to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsConduct regular audits and assessments of financial operations and reporting to identify and address any risks or deficiencies・ Cash Flow ManagementOversee cash flow management, including monitoring accounts payable/receivable, ensuring the liquidity of the organizationManage relationships with the regional headquarters and ensure efficient use of credit and cash resources・ Leadership & Team ManagementManage and mentor the Accounting & Finance department, providing guidance, training, and support for their professional developmentFoster a collaborative environment within the Accounting & Finance department and across the organizationEnsure the timely completion of tasks and the adherence to departmental and company deadlines・Tax ComplianceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and reporting requirementsDevelop tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position, collaborating with external tax advisors as neededAssist in the preparation of the regional headquarters’ consolidated tax returns・Audit & External RelationsLead the coordination of audits, both internal and externalAct as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities・Process ImprovementContinuously identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and controls to drive efficiency and accuracyEvaluate and recommend financial software or systems to improve operational efficiencies・ERP System Implementation and MigrationLead the implementation and migration from the legacy ERP system to the new ERP system, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and operational needsOversee the migration process, including data transfer and system integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsCollaborate with functional divisions of the regional headquarters and relevant departments to customize the new system to meet the company’s specific requirementsProvide training and support to staff to ensure effective utilization and smooth adoption of the new ERP system・Other tasks and dutiesPerform additional tasks as assigned
