Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS systems Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest needs are fulfilled Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; bus tables and reset stations as needed Make drinks/boba for guests Build rapport with guests to foster repeat business and positive reviews through excellent guest relations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
