Mountain Home Services is seeking a highly accountable and field-driven HVAC Installation Field Supervisor to oversee installation quality, job site execution, callback reduction, and warranty performance across our residential installation department. This role is responsible for maintaining installation standards through consistent field audits, technician coaching, quality control inspections, and operational accountability. The ideal candidate is a respected HVAC installation leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, holds high standards, and leads from the field-not behind a desk.
