Recruiting Director

This is not an HR Recruiting position, this is a Sales Recruiting position. We are looking for a driven and strategic Recruiting Director to join our team in Cornelius, NC, with a specific focus on working with our key clients to attract, acquire or facilitate financial advisors with our independent financial advisory clients. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about growth, relationship building, and helping independent advisors transition their practice into a larger, well-resourced platform. Key Responsibilities: Work with existing Grayling clients and senior leadership to support all recruiting growth efforts. Work with our key partners on helping to staff firm infrastructure. Recruit financial advisors, service advisors and other key staff members. National Scope with exclusive clients throughout the US. Qualifications: Some experience in financial services or related field a plus. Proven ability to build rapport with independent advisors and firm owners. Confident in conducting cold outreach and navigating long sales cycles with high-value prospects. Skilled in negotiation and closing, with a consultative approach to relationship building. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
