The CAO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, with a focus on raising $7-8M annually across diverse revenue streams. This includes integrating program impact data into compelling cases for support, building a balanced portfolio of individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and foundation support, and personally engaging with high-net-worth donors and national partners. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in professionalizing development systems, aligning revenue growth with long-term goals, and ensuring the organization's mission is effectively resourced for lasting impact.Candidates for the CAO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior nonprofit fundraising leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling organizations and securing significant revenue. The role requires a leader with a sophisticated understanding of various fundraising channels, the ability to lead teams through change, and a deep commitment to the mission of the organization.
