We're Hiring: DETAILER/PORTER – Jim Trenary Motorsports (Union, MO) Location: Union, Missouri Position: Vehicle Detailer / Porter (Powersports Department) Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience & productivity Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (after 90 days), 401k & Paid Vacation (after 1 year), Employee Discounts About the Role: Jim Trenary Motorsports is seeking an experienced and motivated Detailer to join our Powersports team in Union, MO. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and maintain our high standards of cleanliness, organization, and quality in vehicle presentation. Key Responsibilities:Materials & Environment Management Maintain clean and organized shop interior and lot. Responsible for trash removal and general upkeep of shop grounds. Communicate with management regarding supply inventory and ordering. Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Vehicle Detailing Pre-wash vehicles as needed prior to repair work. Thoroughly clean interior and exterior of powersports vehicles. Polish and buff old/new paint or plastics as required. Install cosmetic and trim parts related to detailing. Ensure detailing meets company standards and report any issues or missed damage. Support & Workflow Assist shop team and managers as needed to maintain workflow. Follow company policies and complete work using proper methods. Be flexible with tasks and take on other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Qualifications:Experience: Prior vehicle detailing experience required – preferably in an auto collision or powersports environment. Skills: Ability to work independently and stay productive without close supervision. Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (squatting, kneeling, standing, pushing, etc.). Comfortable with repetitive motion. Valid driver's license required.
