With one-to-one connection and compassion, we uncover opportunities, overcome challenges, and motivate people to transform their lives.Your role at MOBEWe are seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth with health plans by selling MOBE’s cross-condition management solutions that improve outcomes, reduce total cost of care, and enhance member experience. This role is responsible for building strategic relationships with payer executives and leading complex, consultative sales cycles. You will develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve new customers, revenue and relationships.ResponsibilitiesOwn and exceed revenue targets for health plan clients (regional and national payers)Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on building strong customer relationships within your customer base of health plansDevelop creative and customized action plans for each account, delivering compelling customer value propositions and long-term objectivesPartner with clinical, product, and analytics teams to tailor solutions to payer needsBuild and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity with MOBE’s offerings and future product pipelinesDemonstrate a broad comprehension of market trends, industry challenges, major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologiesRepresent the company at industry events and conferencesBuild relationships with key stakeholders, including:Cost of CareCare ManagementPopulation HealthActuarial and AnalyticsMember Engagement/MarketingLead end-to-end sales process:Prospecting and pipeline developmentNeeds assessment and solution alignmentProposal development, pricing, and contractingDeal and contract negotiationQualificationsBachelor’s degree required10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on Health Plans, Commercial and Medicare Advantage experience preferredProven track record of closing large, complex deals ($1M–$5M+)Experience selling digital health solutions, services, or cost of care solutionsStrong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholdersExperience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environmentsExisting relationships with national and regional health plansFluent in standard underwriting/actuarial pricing modelsKey CompetenciesConsultative selling & solution designStrategic account managementFinancial and ROI-driven storytellingCross-functional leadershipResilience and pipeline disciplineBenefits and CompensationWe offer a comprehensive benefits packagePaid time offMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursementAdditional benefits available to eligible employeesThe salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000 based on experience and qualifications plus commission.
