Travel Registered Telemetry Unit Nurse | Springdale, Arkansas

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing diverse patient needs using the nursing process. Responsibilities include shift accountability, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and excellent outcomes. The position is a 13-week contract assignment, with an immediate start available.Schedule:Day shifts: 6:45 am - 7:15 pmEvery other weekend required (Saturday-Sunday)Qualifications:Current, valid RN licenseMinimum of 2 years' experience in TelemetryACLS and BLS certifications requiredExperience or willingness to float to Medical-Surgical/Bariatrics units as neededDemonstrates effective critical thinking and leadership skillsStrong communication and team collaboration abilitiesKey Responsibilities:Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and policiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for telemetry patientsSupervise and guide assigned nursing personnel to ensure quality careDelegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experienceMaintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and trainingUtilize scientific judgment for anticipating and planning the safe provision of careAdditional Information:Travelers must provide all necessary credentials and documentation upon submissionAdherence to all facility and state guidelines is a must
