Determine the status per the production schedule to ensure readiness for the next trade partnerMaintain a clean and orderly work site that meets Neal standards and is visually appealingTrain and manage the assigned Construction Manager AssistantReduce waste and limit additional expenditures on the construction siteProvide industry-leading customer service during the construction processEnsure a safe worksite that aligns with all safety guidelines and other regulatory requirementsEncourage and foster a team environment with effective communication and problem-solving when neededEffectively execute company policies and construction standards to ensure uniformity and quality resultsEnsure homes are complete without any outstanding identified deficiencies, and conduct orientations with customersSchedule, manage, and adhere to all local and state inspections and building codesThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
