Assembly Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify component dimensions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively during assembly tasks. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to maintain product standards. Solder electrical connections when required and perform basic welding or fabrication tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members in warehouse or manufacturing settings, including forklift operation when necessary. Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues by applying mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in mechanical assembly. Very Mechanically inclined. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Understanding of hand tools and power tools. Can work in a high pace environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
