As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be required to inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary. ey Responsibilities: orm assigned duties and acts in a manner that adheres to company safety policies and practices. Sta up production machines; periodically check to insure machine set points are accurate. Opera various production machines (extrusion blow mold, extrusion machine, injection blow mold, injection mold, label, pad printer, silk-screen). Ensure per operation of machines; clean filters, perform minor maintenance, and monitor while purging. Insure pr r sleeves, boxes, labels and materials are used for the line running (verify by part numbers). Maintains M Weight and Process Check Sheets. Conduct quali inspections while line is running; check samples for compliance to specifications. Respond to prob s on the line making proper adjustments to machines. Notify supervisor en repairs and maintenance are required. Re-start machines a r maintenance is completed. Prepare paperwork/doc ntation on problems, cause and solutions. Record production and/o uality data (manual/data collector). Close out production run. Keep area clean and free debris, enforce all safety and housekeeping policies and practices. Assist with training other hnician Operators on various aspects of the job by displaying teamwork in meeting company objectives. Provide relief for breaks and nches. Perform other related duties an pecial projects. Qualifications and Skills: High hool diploma or equivalent vious experience operating plastic lding machines preferred. Strong understanding of plastic manufac ing processes and equipment. Mechanical training/aptitude and technica raining on packaging, plastics and printing equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical dra gs. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail bility to work effectively in a fast-paced env nment. Strong problem-solving skills.
