Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Easton, MD. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventive measures to ensure the safety and reliability of facility operations. Additional responsibilities include conducting general repairs, maintaining industrial systems, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all facility occupants. Qualifications Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive MaintenanceProficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying repair solutionsSkills in Maintenance & Repair of general facility systemsKnowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices and toolsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and effectively prioritize tasksFamiliarity with safety and compliance standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plusExperience in a non-profit or community-focused environment is a bonus
