Talent Acquisition Lead
Position OverviewAs the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support our company’s growth and ensure we hire the best talent in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure effective recruitment practices.Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient processes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand through various channels and initiatives.Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive recruitment strategy.Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
