Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required. One-year relevant experience, preferred. What You'll Do: · Provide patient-centered care for general Med-Surg patients · Prioritize and manage multiple patient needs · Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams · Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery · Support patient flow and safe transitions of care
