Construction Superintendent

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an organization in Jacksonville, FL to identify an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day field operations and ensure successful project execution. This role serves as the on‑site leader, responsible for safety, quality, scheduling, and coordination across all trades and stakeholders.Location: Jacksonville, FL with projects in surrounding areasAnnual Salary: $90,000 - $120,000Key Responsibilities:Oversee on‑site construction activities and subcontractor coordinationPartner with project management to execute schedules and budgetsLead jobsite safety efforts, including meetings and enforcement of safety standardsMonitor project progress and proactively address challenges or delaysEnsure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standardsMaintain daily field reports and clear communication with all project partnersQualifications:5+ years of construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilityStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practicesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
