Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

Job Description: Every Special Child LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher with an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) credential and a Bridge credential to join our team in Hermosa Beach, CA. This position will involve working with preschool, transitional kindergarten (TK), and kindergarten students who have diverse learning needs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular updates to families and team members. Utilize effective teaching strategies and interventions to support students' academic and social-emotional development. Participate in professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in special education. Qualifications: Valid ECSE credential and Bridge credential. Experience working with young children with special needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
