Responsibilities
- Help emplement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our preschool students.
- Utilize a variety of educational strategies and techniques to promote learning and development.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs, ensuring they receive the necessary accommodations and modifications.
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement classroom policies and procedures.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates on student progress.
Skills
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in literacy education and physical education.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Experience in special education, with a focus on supporting students with unique needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Working towards a degree is accepted.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
