This individual will lead complex enterprise technology initiatives across multiple business units, partnering closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver impactful modernization efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on project leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and has experience driving enterprise application and SaaS transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise technology projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initiation through deployment and stabilization Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives Establish project charters, define team roles and responsibilities, and ensure accountability for project execution Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, documentation, and operating metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants Drive stakeholder communication and serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while developing mitigation strategies Oversee quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and deployment planning Track project performance and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards Present regular updates to leadership regarding milestones, issues, and project health Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of IT Project Management experience within insurance, financial services, or software development environments Experience managing enterprise modernization initiatives and migrations from legacy systems to SaaS platforms Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and enterprise project delivery frameworks Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in matrixed environments Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience utilizing project management and collaboration tools for planning, reporting, and documentation Ability to synthesize complex technical and business discussions into clear project narratives and updates PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus Preferred ExperienceExperience with enterprise platforms or modernization initiatives involving technologies such as:Prince 2, Waterfall, or PMP certified project management experienceEnterprise insurance or financial systems Additional DetailsHybrid work schedule available Opportunity to work on high-visibility enterprise transformation initiatives Strong collaboration with executive leadership and technology teams If interested, please email agallagher@talener.com
