Team membersfrom all departments will focus on carrying out the EmberHope mission,vision, and values!To be a successful Lead On-Call Coordinator you must become able to dothe following always:** Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportiveenvironment for staff and those served through knowledge,sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery. Provide quality customer service to all internal and externalcustomers (via phone calls, e-mail, etc.). Provide on-call crisis response during designated shifts, on-callmay respond to crisis by phone but may also require in-personassistance including transporting clients. Participate and complete Trauma Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)and trauma informed training to stay current on assisting caregiverswith high needs children or behaviors of concern. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to theCompanys Program Practice Guidelines. Assist in training new staff members and be a resource to assistexisting staff. Ensure all on-call functions and processes are executed in a timelymanner. Collaborate with the Placement team and ensure after-hourscommunication for placement and/or on-call functions are provided ina timely manner. Crisis support for Intake & Admissions department. Assist with tasks when the On Call Supervisor is absent.
