Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead, develop, and drive performance for our sales team within our Cincinnati branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in insurance roof sales who can balance team leadership, customer engagement, and strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives on an ongoing basisTrain and coach reps on door-to-door sales, roof inspections, and how to navigate the insurance claims processIdentify and address retention risks early; build loyalty through recognition, development, and clear career pathsSet clear performance expectations and hold reps accountable through KPI tracking and structured feedbackFoster a high-energy, positive branch culture focused on integrity, hustle, and teamworkEnsure proper use of CRM and sales tools (e.g., AccuLynx, field sales software)Maintain visibility into pipeline, job status, and team activityCollaborating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectivesSales Execution & Revenue GrowthDrive branch revenue by motivating the sales reps, owning territory management, and by maximizing inspection and conversion ratesSupport reps in closing deals, especially complex or high-value opportunitiesTrack performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed to drive resultsCustomer Experience & Issue ResolutionStep in to handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive outcomesMaintain high standards for communication, professionalism, and serviceWork cross-functionally with operations to ensure smooth project executionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfactionInsurance Process ExpertiseDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the insurance claims processTrain reps on how to properly identify storm damage and guide homeowners homeowners through the claims process - from filing to adjuster inspection to approval to signed contractAssist sales reps in roof inspections, adjuster meetings and working with the supplementation team when neededEnsure compliance and accuracy in documentation and communicationPreferred Experience:3-5 years of experience in the roofing industry is required, specifically insurance restoration experienceBackground in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership presence and experience with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain a teamProject management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch
